Have you been able to identify your emotions which lead you to eat unplanned food and also cause you to overeat?
It’s important to learn to allow yourself to experience your emotions. Accept that there are no “bad” emotions/feelings. Feelings are just feelings, they come and they go again. It is when we don’t want to explore our feelings that we go and try and numb them with food. alcohol, or any other unhealthy behaviour which releases dopamine and makes us feel better for a short period of time.
Be kind to yourself, observe your emotions without judgment.
