Use the time to reflect on all the new habits you have formed, give yourself credit for each one of them, and most of all give yourself credit that you have made the effort to complete the programme!
The work on changing your lifestyle is not over now!
Now you have the tools, but as I said at the beginning, it is like learning a new instrument. The more you practice the better you will get.
It will get easier and easier as new neuro pathways are forming in your brain. The key is to continue practicing, give yourself credit all the time, and remember relapse is a normal stage of change. The key is to learn from it and make your next meal a healthy one.
